Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions opens Northern Kentucky Chapel on Dixie Highway

Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions has opened its third Cincinnati-area funeral home at 4350 Dixie Highway in Northern Kentucky. The funeral home, known as Newcomer Northern Kentucky Chapel, joins the Northwest and West Side Chapels serving the greater Cincinnati area.

“We opened our new Dixie Highway location because many families from this area have previously chosen our Cincinnati locations — despite having to drive 30 minutes over the river to get there,” said Ren Newcomer. “We have also received many letters and phone calls over the last several years from families asking us to open a funeral home here. So we have.”

The new funeral home has a large parking lot, a beautiful reception area, two community rooms for gathering before and after the service, and two chapels with large televisions to play Memorial Videos during the service.

Our location on Dixie Highway makes it convenient to the entire Northern Kentucky area.

At Newcomer we believe in serving one family at a time, providing the very highest quality service to every family, maintaining an efficient operation, and using that efficiency to help families save hundreds, even thousands of dollars compared to other funeral homes, said Newcomer.

“We opened our first Cincinnati funeral home in 2011 and have now served more than 2,000 families, and we conservatively estimate those families have saved more than $2 million in funeral costs with Newcomer. We have done this while maintaining a family satisfaction rating of more than 98%. That quality of service is what we are most proud of.”

Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions is owned by Ren and Theresa Newcomer. Ren is the fourth generation of his family in funeral services and his son John and daughter Maggie represent the fifth generation.
