VonLehman promotes 16 firm-wide, including two new Shareholders Keith Carlson and Dan Kraft


VonLehman announced 16 firm-wide promotions effective January 1, 2020. The promotions include Keith Carlson and Dan Kraft, who were named Shareholders at the firm.

Prior to founding VonLehman’s M&A Advisory practice in 2017, Keith Carlson spent over a decade in principal investing, corporate development and investment banking roles focused on a wide array of companies throughout numerous industries. In total, Keith has participated in over 125 successfully closed transactions and has amassed significant capital markets, advisory, principal investment and corporate finance/strategy experience. He is highly skilled in the areas of structuring, company positioning, negotiations, diligence, and financial modeling.

Dan Kraft joined VonLehman in 2008. He is experienced in a broad range of industries but specializes in construction and real estate entities. Dan teams with business owners to understand their goals and objectives to create a tax-efficient business structure amidst an ever-changing tax environment. He specializes in the taxation of flow-through entities such as S-Corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies and the tax impact on the shareholders, partners and members.
