Covington Catholic High School establishes endowed scholarship in memory of alum Chris Edington


Covington Catholic High School is proud to announce the establishment of an Endowment Scholarship in memory of CCH Alumnus Chris Edington.

Edington, Class of 1985, was a past president and board member of CCH Boosters and was the founder and chairman of the Colonel Stag. He also served as a coach for the Colonel Youth Football Program and CCH freshman football team.

He passed away in March 2018, after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Angie, and their two sons, Andrew (’16) and Alex (’18), and daughter, Claire.

Covington Catholic High School is a 2016 Blue Ribbon of Excellence award-winning college preparatory high school located in Park Hills and operates within the Catholic Diocese of Covington. It is an all-male school of 585.
