Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions has announced that Melissa Haag-Costin will join the organization as Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services.

Haag-Costin earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Kent State University and a Master’s of Community and Agency Counseling degree from Xavier University. She is dually licensed as a Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in Kentucky and Ohio.
Haag-Costin brings more than 17 years of experience in community behavioral health services as well as experience with adult populations through private practice and substance abuse treatment.
As the former Director of Behavioral Health at The Children’s Home of Cincinnati, Haag-Costin built strong, competent, professional clinical teams that provided an array of services to the Cincinnati community.

Holly Hill Child & Family Solutions has served children and families in Northern Kentucky since 1884. It started out as an orphanage and has transitioned over the years to meet the needs of a changing community.
Holly Hill, located in Highland Heights, offers behavioral health services for mental health and substance abuse disorders, assessments, outpatient, intensive outpatient, family, group, school-based, case management, and in-home services.
Holly Hill also offers a Residential Treatment program for adolescent females.
As senior director of behavioral health services at Holly Hill, Haag-Costin will provide direction, coordination and overall management of Behavioral Health Services. She will be responsible for determining the day to day business and clinical direction for the organization. She will also be charged with enhancing staff development and ensuring quality services are being delivered with referrals received.
