NKU Admissions is taking NKU to You on the road; will hold fast track sessions for spring enrollment

Northern Kentucky University’s Office of Admissions is taking NKU’s campus to the Cincinnati suburbs as part of the NKU to You tour.

NKU to You provides an opportunity for high school students and their parents to learn more about the NKU experience. The admissions team will deliver an interactive presentation and provide information about financial aid, scholarship, housing, and student engagement opportunities.

“By taking our campus on the road, we will be able to show students what it means to truly be a Norse,” said Melissa Gorbandt, director of Admissions.

NKU Holds Fast Track Sessions for Spring Enrollment

Northern Kentucky University will host a Fast Track application session on October 24 from 3-6 p.m. for those interested in attending NKU in the spring who haven’t had the time to complete the necessary steps to enroll.

It will be held at the NKU Welcome Center on Nunn Drive.

The event offers one-on-one assistance to help prospective students navigate the enrollment process. Advisors will help potential students start or complete their NKU application, confirm acceptance to the university and explore financial aid options. They will also receive a free NKU T-shirt and be entered for a chance to win a $100 NKU book award.

“Our students have busy lives, and they may not be thinking of registering for the spring session. That’s why we created the Fast Track program,” said Melissa Gorbandt, director of undergraduate admissions.

“These sessions bring all of the support NKU has to offer to one place, so a student with a packed fall schedule can still complete the enrollment process.”

The Fast Track Sessions are informal events hosted on campus. Reservations are encouraged.
