Frontier Airlines celebrates new nonstop from CVG to Tampa with gifts to inaugural passengers Monday


Frontier Airlines and CVG will celebrate new nonstop service from CVG to Tampa (TPA) with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Monday afternoon.

Each passenger aboard the inaugural flight will receive a gift and Halloween treat as they board the plane.

There will be a selfie station so each passenger can snap a celebratory photo to post to social media using the hashtag #CVGselfie.

The fun will take place at 3:30 p.m. at Concourse A.

Frontier began service out of CVG in May 2013 and operates more than 50 flights a week to 14 different year around and seasonal destinations. 

Frontier will also launch new nonstop service to Cancun starting in December.
