SSK Communities has acquired a 353-home site manufactured housing community located at 501 Office Lane, Owensboro Kentucky. This is the fourth major home community acquisition for the company in the last twelve months. Formerly know as Lamp Lite Estates, SSK plans to redevelop the property, making significant improvements and will rename the park Riverbend Pointe.

“This community, located along the banks of the Ohio River in Northern Owensboro, is part of a great city with wonderful amenities, tourism, arts and culture,” says Nathan Smith, SSK co-founder and owner. “We are planning to improve and expand this community into a neighborhood that people are proud to call home.”
SSK will offer homes for purchase and rental at Riverbend Pointe and plan to expand and fill vacant home sites with new homes in the coming year. Many unoccupied older homes will be removed and replaced with new homes during the coming months. For twenty years, SSK has successfully developed and improved communities across the Commonwealth, in Ohio and Indiana, making significant improvements and upgrading amenities.
Other recent acquisitions for SSK include two communities in Alexandria and at Oakview Pointe community in Carrollton representing nearly 1,000 homes.
