Life Learning Center to host second, free Northern Kentucky Homeownership Fair on June 30


Life Learning Center is hosting the Second Annual Northern Kentucky Homeownership Fair on Saturday, June 30th from 10 a.m.to 3 p.m. in Covington.

This free, public event is a joint effort to connect potential homebuyers with the community resources on the details of becoming a homeowner.

The pride of ownership and the ability to build wealth and equity makes home ownership a good decision for many families.

At the NKY Home Ownership Fair, attendees will learn the entire homeownership process from beginning to end.

Over 40 vendors such as Realtors, insurance agents, appraisers, inspectors, lenders, credit counselors, and other community partners will be available to offer practical advice and services.

Potential home buyers will have the opportunity to pull their credit report, review it, and meet with HUD-approved credit counselors to determine next steps.

Providers of down payment assistance will also be available to discuss eligibility criteria and application process.

Finally, attendees can connect with social service providers such as the Life Learning Center that provides holistic solutions and continued support for families to achieve their dreams.
