Ward

Joshua Ward, 48 of the 11,000 block of Norbourne Drive in Cincinnati, is *charged with two (2) counts of Murder, a capital offense. Detectives working the case obtained the arrest warrant on May 30, 2018 and immediately set into a motion a plan with other law enforcement agencies to take Ward into custody in addition to simultaneously serving search warrants in various locations. Our investigation revealed Ward was involved in an intimate relationship with Kelli beginning in December 2016 and ending abruptly in May 2017. Ward believed Kramer was responsible for destroying him. Ward is currently being held in the Hamilton County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Kentucky.
