St. Elizabeth Physicians to open 25,000-square-foot medical office building in Dearborn County


St. Elizabeth Physicians will open its new 25,000-square foot medical office building in Greendale, Indiana Tuesday. Located at 1640 Flossie Drive near the corner of I-275 and Route 50 in Greendale, the building will feature a multi-specialty physician center as well as expanded primary care and urgent care services.

In addition to primary and urgent care, specialty rotations include neurology, spine and pain management, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, dermatology, and weight management. Additional specialties will be added in the future.

“Our goal is to increase patient access,” said Jacob Bast, Senior Vice President and COO at St. Elizabeth Physicians. “This facility further supports our commitment to connecting patients to their primary care provider and coordinating care with other specialists and healthcare services.”

St. Elizabeth is working with a development partner, Anchor Health Properties on the project. Anchor Health and St. Elizabeth engaged two local firms with extensive healthcare experience, Champlin Architecture and Maxwell Construction.
