Biz Cain Memorial Highway, Route 536 through Kenton County, dedicated today, honors memory

Officials and family gathered today to dedicate a portion of Kentucky Route 536 in Kenton County near Independence as the “Biz Cain Memorial Highway” in honor of Rodney ‘Biz’ Cain who died in December.
