CARF states that “This achievement is an indication of your organization’s dedication and commitment to improving the quality of the lives of the persons served.”

Transitions’ Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Outpatient Treatment and Residential Treatment programs, serving adult men and women, received the CARF Accreditation.

“Transitions’ Board and staff take great pride in achieving this high level of accreditation,” says Jim Beiting, Transitions’ CEO.  “We continue to use the CARF standards as part of Transitions’ ongoing commitment to improving the quality of our substance use disorder treatment programs.”

The accreditation was first reported in the Tribune last month, and was formally announced by Transitions Tuesday.
