Tom Schweinzger, 67 of Dayton, Kentucky passed away December 23, 2020 at Christ Hospital, Cincinnati. He retired from the United States Air Force in June of 1992 having served 20 years. He retired from the State of Kentucky in 2017. Tom was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and a faithful servant of First Baptist Church of Cold Spring. He was the pillar of our family. He is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Louise (nee Finch) Schweinzger and his brother Stewart Schweinzger. Tom is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sharon (nee McCarter) Schweinzger, son Aaron (Heather) Schweinzger, daughters Amanda (Chris) Madden, Nichole Schweinzger, and Erica Moreland. A brother Henry (Shirley) Schweinzger, also 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, December 28, 2020 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at the First Baptist Church of Cold Spring. Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 29, 2020 at 10:00 am at the church with Rev. Ric Frazier officiating. Guest are encouraged to wear masks and abide with social distancing guidelines. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Southgate, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to the First Baptist Church of Cold Spring, 4410 Alexandria Pike, Cold Spring, Kentucky 41076.
