Jesus Rios Carrion of Milford and formerly of Ft. Thomas, KY passed away January 3rd at The Laurels of Milford. He was born on December 25, 1933 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Margarita Rios and Ignacio Carrion. Jesse, as he was known to friends and family, served our country honorably as a member of the United States Marine Corps. He fought in the Korean War during the years 1951 to 1953 attaining the rank of Staff Sargent. Jesse was preceded in death by his parents; wife Irma (nee. Green) Carreon of Whittier, California; brothers: Raymond; Johnny; Albert; Victor and sister Dehila Martinez. He is survived by his son, Victor (Jill) Carreon of Ft. Thomas, KY; daughters, Debra (Bruce) Newmark of Covina, CA and Irene Fuller of Banning, CA; grandchildren, Devin Carreon, Mike Sandavol, Grant Newmark & Robyn Newmark; great grandchildren, Eric, Grant & Siena; sisters, Mercy Ford of Seattle, WA & Gloria Purdum of New Braunfels, TX and brother, Ignacio Carrion of Corpus Christi, TX. Jesse was also fortunate to have many more nieces and nephews, grand/great nieces and nephews that loved him very much. He was a very blessed and loved man indeed.
