NKY Chamber presents Dr. Robert Prichard of St. Elizabeth Healthcare with its NKY Community Award


The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce presented Dr. Robert Prichard, Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Integration Officer of St. Elizabeth Healthcare with its NKY Community Award.

The award is sponsored by First National Bank of Kentucky and is given out to individuals, businesses or organizations throughout the Northern Kentucky Metro that have made a positive impact in the community.

Dr. Prichard

With more than 30 years of experience in physician leadership and healthcare administration, Dr. Prichard is enjoying “retired” life, having stepped down as the President and CEO of St. Elizabeth Physicians, a 700-member multispecialty physician/provider organization, earlier this year. He is currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Integration Officer leading the medical staff and the departments of Legal Services, Risk Management, Corporate Compliance, Physician Services/Relations, Quality Management, Patient Safety, Accreditation, Graduate Medical Education and Medical Affairs.

Prior to joining St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Dr. Prichard held positions at the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati including Senior Executive Officer of Alliance Primary Care and Senior Vice President of Ambulatory Services. Dr. Prichard is board certified in family medicine and practiced in Northern Kentucky prior to his roles in healthcare leadership.

Dr. Prichard is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the Northern Ky. Education Council, a Board member of Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky and serves on the UK College of Medicine Alumni Association Board. In the past, he has served as a site-based council member and as a Board member at Beechwood Schools.

“Dr. Prichard has proven to be a pivotal leader in Northern Kentucky’s healthcare industry having spent most of his professional life with St. Elizabeth Healthcare,” said Brent Cooper, President & CEO of the NKY Chamber.

“Throughout his career, he has not only worked to improve the lives of his patients, but those of the Northern Kentucky community as a whole, bringing care and compassion to his roles as physician, executive, board member, leader, neighbor, father and grandfather.”
