Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank celebrating its 4th year, seeks donations for diapers to families in need

Sweet Cheeks Diaper Bank is celebrating its 4th anniversary of providing diapers to families in need in the Greater Cincinnati area by urging donors to continue their generous contributions.

Sweet Cheeks is asking donors and community members for year-end donations to continue their mission and expand their community impact.

Over the past four years, Sweet Cheeks has provided nearly 3 million clean diapers to children in need, started and sustained a period supplies distribution program, and provided over 950 potty-training toolkits to caregivers. All of these efforts enabled Sweet Cheeks to change more than 3,000 children’s lives, all because of the generous donations made.

There are more than 13,000 children still waiting to receive clean diapers every month, so Sweet Cheeks is asking for donations to broaden their reach and help these children. Through a donation of $100, four children will receive clean diapers for one month. Without these donations, thousands of children will go without clean diapers.

The donations made change the lives of the families helped, decreasing stress and enabling them to pay bills they would not be able to otherwise. Meredith, a single parent that receives donations from Sweet Cheeks, was recently able to save up enough to buy a home and stabilize the life of her family through the help of Sweet Cheeks and a partner agency.

To make a difference in the life of a child in need, donations can be made online here.
