Rudler, PSC, a public accounting firm in Fort Wright, announced a strategic merger with Scott E. Grosser, PSC CPAs in Ft. Thomas.
The firm will assume the Rudler name and a second office will open in Ft. Thomas in addition to Rudler’s primary location in Ft. Wright to better serve clients and accommodate for expansion.
“It provides us with more depth and experience in individual tax services and plays nicely into both firms’ long-term growth strategies. Our firms have a shared set of values, which made the merger a natural fit for both parties.”
“Similarly to our firm, Rudler has a stellar reputation for treating their clients like family,” said Scott E. Grosser, owner of Scott E. Grosser, PSC CPAs. “This merger allows us to broaden our technology platforms to better serve our clients and lend our years of tax service experience to enhance Rudler’s current service offerings. We look forward to growing together to expand our offerings to individuals and organizations.”
After completion of the merger, Rudler will have a total of 49 employees servicing closely-held businesses, nonprofits, individuals and families throughout Greater Cincinnati.
