Rotary Club of Florence annual Christmas concert Dec. 2, at Lakeside Christian Church, all are welcome


Rotary Club of Florence, Kentucky – serving all of Boone County invites all of Northern Kentucky to come kickoff the holiday season with their annual Christmas concert.

The concert will be held on Monday, December 2, starting at 6 p.m., at Lakeside Christian Church, 195 Buttermilk Pike, Lakeside Park.

The concert is free to attend, but a goodwill offering of $10 is suggested. 

All proceeds from this year’s concert will be split equally between GO Pantry, Master Provisions and Chelsea Ryann’s Festival of Hope.

“This is the 60th concert in our concert series since 1985 for the Rotary Club of Florence” revealed Event Chair and evening emcee Gary Stewart. “The concert is a wonderful opportunity to hear some beautiful music and support organizations doing so much good in our community.”

A special treat this year will be recognizing the Greisser family for all of their support of the concert over the past years.

The evening will feature performances by Gary Griesser, Griesser Family Singers, Sophia and Isabella Santos, Rusty Bird, Evan Dallas, Trio Stage Singers, Trio Vocal Band, By Faith and David and Whitney Campbell.

The event will be live streamed on the Club’s Facebook page.

Tax deductible donations may be mailed to the club’s foundation at PO Box 6027, Florence, KY 41022 or made on the club’s website.

The Rotary Club of Florence, Kentucky (serving all of Boone County) is a community service organization focusing on “service above self”.

The club meets weekly on Mondays at noon at the Hilton Airport located at 7373 Turfway Road. Guests are always welcome.
