The Carnegie makes changes to its popular ArtStop Artist Series Workshops for ages 7-12

Changes are coming to The Carnegie’s popular ArtStop Artist Series Workshops.

This fall, the first of five ArtStop sessions will run Saturday, September 21–October 26. Instead of four eight-week sessions offering three hour-long classes, The Carnegie will offer five six-week sessions with two 90 minute classes.

The first six-week session will offer two classes focusing on visual arts for students ages 7-12 at The Carnegie’s Eva G. Farris Education Center.

“We updated the ArtStop program this year to better serve students and their families,” said Carnegie Education Director Alissa Paasch.

“The shorter session length offers more flexibility for busy schedules, while longer class times allows students more continuous creativity. We can’t wait to see what the students create this year.”
