Vettes for Veterans Corvette show at Gateway’s Transportation Technology Center on Saturday


On Saturday, July 13, Vettes For Veterans Corvette Club will host a car show at Gateway Community & Technical College’s Transportation Technology Center at 1051 Dudley Rd., Covington, starting at 9 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m.

All proceeds from this event will assist homeless military veterans and suicide prevention of veterans.
 
This is the second year the car show has been hosted at Gateway’s Transportation Center. Last year, nearly $12,000 was raised for homeless veterans and veteran suicide prevention.
 
The car show is open to all makes and models.

A Blackhawk helicopter will be landing at the car show. The schedule for the day includes auto judging, a raffle, a silent auction, and plenty of cars to see. To wrap up the day, there will be a presentation of awards.
 
The mission of the Vettes For Veterans Corvette Club is to honor veterans through dedicated support of military veterans and contributions made to the support of various charitable organizations.

    You didn’t list the time that the event starts, or how long it last. Also, is there plenty of parking for people that want to come to the event?
