Region’s new Mobility Solutions Summit accepting transportation project ideas from local businesses

The Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber invites local business leaders to submit project ideas for Cincinnati’s new Mobility Solutions Summit, August 19-21.

The Summit is an interactive three-day event that will connect local organizations with international mobility experts to develop solutions to the region’s most pressing transportation and mobility challenges.

“As we work to build a more connected region for the future, we realize that organizations across the region have mobility challenges they need to solve today,” said Pete Metz, the Transportation Initiatives manager for the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber. “Bringing experts and entrepreneurs in the mobility space to the Cincinnati region to help solve problems in our region will make a real improvement on the growth and connectivity of our region.”

Local businesses, non-profits, local governments and other organizations are encouraged to apply.

Selected organizations will be paired with a mobility company to develop and implement a solution specific to that organization’s needs. Solutions may include improving the employee commuting experience, circulating employees between multiple locations, product and service delivery and more.

Eligible participants must:

•Be located within the eight-county Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana region

•Be willing and able to work with a mobility organization to develop solutions

•Have the ability and intent to implement potential solutions

During the Mobility Solutions Summit, the Cincinnati Chamber will highlight the region for selected mobility experts while pairing challenges with problem solvers to develop solutions.

The Summit will culminate with a showcase of those solutions, open to the general public. For more information, or to sign-up for event notifications, click here.
