Join BCPL’s Local History Department at the Main Library for a two-day event, June 20 & 21, reflecting on Kentucky’s Underground Railroad and enslavement history.

Visit the neighboring river towns of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky and Rising Sun, Indiana and hear stories about their involvement in the Underground Railroad. Enjoy a ferry boat ride along an Underground Railroad river crossing. A boxed lunch, included in registration costs, will be served at the Ohio County Historical Museum in Rising Sun.
