Dominion Senior Living’s Personal Care and Memory Care community is located at 4009 Seligman Dr., near Merchants Drive in Florence. It focuses on honoring God through service to seniors. This will be Dominion’s fourth facility in Kentucky.

Expected to attend are Diane Whalen, Mayor of Florence; Julie Aubuchon, Florence Vice Mayor; Josh Wice, Florence City Coordinator; Josh Hunt, Florence Economic Development Director; Tom Grau, Florence Chief of Police; John Black, Florence Assistant Fire/EMS Chief; Deb McCarty, Florence Community Projects Administrator.

Dominion Senior Living of Florence will offer 60 two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio apartments designed for senior residents. It will include a courtyard with picnic areas, games, walking paths, and sensory gardens.

Residents will receive assistance with activities of daily living, as well as specific care and programs for seniors dealing with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other memory impairments.

The community will feature all-inclusive monthly rental rates without requiring a length-of-stay commitment. Laundry services, transportation services, home-style meals, Wi-Fi, 24-7 surveillance monitoring, personalized care services, life enrichment programs and on-site medical assistance are part of the all-inclusive package. Therapy services are an optional add-on.

“We take pride in offering quality care and creating a compassionate atmosphere for our residents, and we are excited to bring Dominion to the Florence area,” said Dominion Florence Executive Director Jackie Smith.
