Independence Ace Hardware supports Master Provisions with promotion that runs through April

Ace Hardware located in Independence has kicked off its campaign supporting Master Provisions throughout the month of April.

Ace will be displaying materials about Master Provisions’ local food outreach and Ace cashiers will receive donations from its customers. Customers can choose to add a donation at the checkout.

Each donor will be recognized with a signed card that will be displayed throughout the month. Each gift of one dollar helps provide ten meals to families in Northern Kentucky and supports Master Provisions mission of connecting resources to needs.

“We are extremely thankful for Ace hardware and its customers for supporting our mission throughout this month,” said Roger Babik, president of Master Provisions. “The money we receive will go straight to helping feed our community.”

Master Provisions is celebrating its twenty-five anniversary. Master Provisions receives donations of surplus food and other goods and redistributes them to nonprofit partners who directly feed the hungry in Northern Kentucky.

In addition, Master Provisions provides food for a monthly mobile food pantry in Covington and Ludlow.

“Ace is extremely grateful to help make a difference in our community,” Bill Winegardner, Owner of the Ace Hardware store in Independence, said. “Our employees and customers are happy to support Master Provisions and help our neighbors.”
