The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) and the Kentucky Career Center are partnering to open the CVG Career Center – a one-stop shop to receive information about airport job opportunities located at the Terminal baggage claim level (see map).
Starting today, CVG Career Center staff will be onsite Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. to share what career pathways exist throughout the airport. Careers in areas such as customer service in food/beverage and retail, aircraft maintenance, logistics and airline support are a few of the available positions. The CVG Career Center is a product of the CVG Strategic Workforce Collaborative, an initiative bringing airport employers together to share job opportunities and best practices to ensure a strong workforce.
Currently, various businesses throughout CVG’s campus collectively employ 14,000 individuals and that number is expected to increase as the airport continues to grow its passenger and cargo operations, particularly with record-breaking local passenger volumes, and DHL and Amazon growing its logistics networks.
