Building Industry Association of NKY’s Sales & Marketing Council hosted annual awards

The Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky’s Sales & Marketing Council hosted their annual awards event at the Receptions Banquet Center to celebrate excellence in new construction home sales.

“The volume and dollar amount our real estate sales professionals have posted for 2018 is very exciting for our region, “said Brian Miller, executive vice president of the organization.  “Our award winners certainly have been at work growing the economy of Northern Kentucky as they provide the expertise to help our neighbors invest in their own part of the American Dream.”

“These professionals exemplify the best in the best when it comes to new homes, new home communities and helping our community experience the one essential element that results in wealth building potential; the investment in a new home.”

The Sales & Marketing Council Awards recognize cumulative sales dollars for the prior year.  Realtors are awarded for their new home sales only and sales dollars do not reflect their entire annual sales for Realtors’ resale homes. Submissions for the awards are collected in February and judged in early March.

Event Partners included Hellmann Lumber, Huntington Bank, Northwest Title, Sibcy Cline, and Stewart Title.
