Join the NKU Norse in celebrating their Friday game with Texas Tech in opening round of March Madness


Join Northern Kentucky University as they cheer on the 2019 Horizon League Tournament champion men’s basketball team in the NCAA Tournament. 

The No. 14-seeded Norse face off with No. 3-seeded Texas Tech in the opening round of March Madness.

The game will be played at 1:30 p.m. EDT on Friday, March 22 in Tulsa, OK. 
 
NKU is hosting local watch parties on and off campus on March 22.

Appetizers will be provided along with Norse giveaways.

If you are making the trip to Tulsa, join the NKU Alumni Association for pregame festivities at James E. McNellie’s Pub starting at 11 a.m. CDT.
 
The Norse are 26-8 overall and are making their second appearance in the NCAA Tournament in just their third year with Division I active status. NKU won the Horizon League Tournament and shared the league regular-season title.
