Startups Pitching at Demo Day
The six data-driven startup companies in UpTech’s 7th cohort are set to present at Demo Day, including:

* Convolytics offers deep insights on sales calls and offers suggestions on how to improve those calls. Their technology records and analyzes calls to find good and bad habits of sales reps and helps them improve their calls. Sales reps can now get better results on calls and close more deals.

* OrgAnalytix helps companies and managers be more inclusive. Their data visualization platform measures, tracks, and assesses inclusion through relationship analysis; showing leaders how unconscious bias manifests in teams and hinders efficiency, productivity and innovation.

* Plantalytics creates digital tools to help diversified farmers manage their farm business operations and connect to new local buyers.

* Weeve reduces turnover at businesses by providing a better way to understand and act on employee feedback. Weeve replaces sterile annual surveys with Kim – an AI chatbot that has candid conversations with employees at scale. With the anonymity of a survey and the empathy of a face-to-face interaction, Weeve provides team leaders with more frequent, more actionable insights.

* TruCircle helps mental health professionals acquire and retain patients allowing healthcare professionals to provide the best care while growing their private, group, or enterprise practice.

* Apex Sports delivers drills, techniques and tips from the best athletes in the world through an interactive and easy to consume online platform. Amateur athletes can now learn how to improve their game directly from the pros. Anytime. Anywhere.
