FRIDAY, JANUARY 25:

Race 1

RAINWALKER comes off a couple of solid efforts and rates a slight edge in what looks like a very well matched race. OLD CENTRE was an impressive winner in her Turfway debut and a repeat of that one makes her tough. CATHERINE EUGENIA is a definite threat.

Race 2

TRUE SIMPLICITY drops to the bottom and has posted a couple of good works since her last start. She looks like a winner with Prescott back aboard for Kim Hammond. QUEEN JEANNE figures to be the main competition. KINSHIP is a first timer with decent works.

Race 3

FUN SUCKER was no match for a runaway winner last out but looked good breaking her maiden over this track back in December. She has the speed to be on or near the lead throughout and looks best in here. LALUN CHARM was a beaten favorite last out but will be running at the end and is a solid threat. BELLA KRISTINA fits with these.

Race 4

SPUNKY KITTEN drops in class for Ramseys/Maker. He has flashed speed against better and appears to be in a good spot for the wire-to-wire win with Prescott aboard. COLEAQUILUS is a bit suspect at the one-mile distance but comes off two good efforts and figures second best. IT’S GAME TIME rates a chance from the inside post.

Race 5

BIRDS GONE WILD looked good winning last out and will be running late in a race loaded with early speed. He can make it two in a row with Azael DeLeon back aboard for Chip Brownfield. AMBIDEXTROUS ALEX is good right now. He comes off back-to-back scores and will be tough from just off the early leaders. SNOW LEOPARD makes his third start after a layoff and can improve.

Race 6

CADILLAC KITTEN steps up in class after an easy maiden win in his second career start for Mike Maker. He came from well off the pace in that one after a poor start and should run even better tonight with Prescott back up. HOT HONEY is a filly from the barn of Wes Ward who takes on the boys tonight. She figures to make the lead from her inside post and is definitely the one to catch. MAXIMUM FORCE drops in class and looks like a contender with leading rider Johnny McKee aboard.

Race 7

SPEIGHT’S COMETE was well backed in her debut but faded late after racing forwardly to the turn. She posted a recent bullet work for New York-based trainer Linda Rice and figures to run much better with that one under her belt. CYCLICAL was a beaten favorite in her debut for Wes Ward back in June. She moves to the barn of Ben Colebrook for her return and figures to be the one to beat. LOVE IS ALIVE beat the top pick last out and is a solid threat.

Race 8

RED HOT WARRIOR just missed last out and a repeat of that one would be good enough to win here. APPROVETHISMESSAGE came off a long layoff last out and faded after showing speed. He drops to the bottom tonight and will improve. COPUS is a contender.
