The Legislative Preview will feature a panel discussion with Senator Chris McDaniel, Chairman of Appropriations and Revenue; Representative Diane St. Onge, Chairman of Small Business and IT; and Representative-Elect Ed Massey.

During the event, the NKY Chamber will preview the legislative agenda and priorities that members have identified for the upcoming 2019 Kentucky General Assembly. The agenda addresses key issues that will accelerate business, create jobs, and continue to position Northern Kentucky as an economic driver that will benefit the entire Commonwealth.

“This annual event is a great way for our elected officials to learn more about our legislative priorities, and for us to hear more about their agendas for the legislative session,” said Brent Cooper, President & CEO of the NKY Chamber.

“It is also an opportunity for our members to directly interact with Northern Kentucky representatives and provide ‘real world’ examples about how public policies impact NKY businesses on a daily basis.  Everything that impacts workforce: transportation, education, health care, and many other topics, will be part of the conversation.”

The “Where We Stand” reception will take place from 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Registration is $30 for NKY Chamber members, $40 for future members, $25 for NKYP Passport holders and includes light hors-d’oeuvres. For additional information, and to register, click here.

Pre-registration is required.

Sponsors for the “Where We Stand” reception include Title Sponsor AT&T; Premiere Sponsor St. Elizabeth Healthcare; and Presenting Sponsors Cincinnati Bell, Ark Encounter, Duke Energy and CT Consulting.
