TODAY is last day to take advantage of NEWSMATCH to double your support of NKyTribune

By Judy Clabes
NKyTribune Editor

The NKyTribune has just until midnight tonight to meet its generous match from NEWSMATCH, a coalition of seven distinguished national journalism funders. The idea is to increase the support from INDIVIDUAL readers for local nonprofit news.

NewsMatch will double individual gifts to the NKyTribune for any amount up to $1000 — but checks must be dated by December 31 or donations made online by that date.

More than 150 nonprofit newsrooms across the country — including the NKyTribune — are participating in this year’s NewsMatch, the largest grassroots fundraising campaign for nonprofit news organizations.

Help us maintain the momentum. Become a sustaining member at a level that works for you and in the way that works for you. A monthly withdrawal from your checking account or through a charge to your credit card is also available.

Please help us reach our match. Every donation matters.
