NKyTribune moderates forum featuring candidates in H.D. 65, H.D. 67 races; with video

The Northern Kentucky Tribune’s fourth and final candidate forum took place Monday, Oct. 29, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Covington. It included the candidates from two state legislative races.

State Legislative Race – District 65

This race is for the seat that will be vacated by longtime state Rep. Arnold Simpson (D-Covington), who announced his retirement earlier this year.

The candidates are:
Jordan Huizenga
Charles ‘Buddy’ Wheatley

State Legislative Race – District 67

The candidates are:
Dennis Keene (incumbent)
Bob Schrage

Mark Hansel, managing editor of the NKyTribune was the moderator. The format included some prepared questions and questions from the audience.
