Iceland’s WOW air offering great fares on round-trips to close out its seasonal travel service from CVG

WOW air, Iceland’s low-cost transatlantic airline, had announced $69 one-way fares from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) to Iceland (KEF) and $99 one-way fares to London (LGW), Frankfurt (FRA) and Brussels (BRU). These fares are available for travel September through October 27 when booking a round-trip ticket.

WOW air began seasonal service from CVG in May. The final flight of the season departs from CVG on October 27. Seasonal service is slated to return next spring.

Travelers can enjoy smaller crowds in Europe in the fall, strolling through Hyde Park in London, St. Paul’s Square in Frankfurt, and Promenade Verte in Brussels to take in the changing fall foliage. Visitors can also experience some exciting events including London Fashion Week, Frankfurt’s take on Oktoberfest, or Brussels’ Autumn Falls music festival.

Travelers can also seize the opportunity to take in The Northern Lights’ first appearance across the skies of Iceland beginning in September.

“We’re so excited to offer travelers across the tri-state region the opportunity to purchase affordable fares to Iceland and Europe during the beautiful autumn and holiday seasons,” said Skúli Mogensen, CEO and Founder of WOW air. “It is always of great importance that we make international travel more accessible for all.”

The offer applies for 400 seats on selected flights, only when booked on a return trip.

Bookings are now available at www.wowair.us.
