Fans of urban living, architecture and interior design are invited to the September 30 Beyond the Curb Urban Living Tour. To celebrate the 5-year anniversary of the event’s presenting organization, the Catalytic Fund, the tour has been expanded to showcase cool and interesting properties in all five of NKY’s urban river cities.
The one-day, self-guided tour, running from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Sept. 30, will offer an exclusive peek inside historic homes, fabulous condos, modern apartments and select commercial spaces in Ludlow, Covington, Newport, Bellevue, and Dayton. The properties on the tour are an intriguing mix of completed and in-progress projects that offer ideas and inspiration for those interested in the urban lifestyle.
As always, Beyond the Curb encourages attendees to explore the featured neighborhoods and discover the unexpected: charming parks and gardens, world-class public art, quirky shops and restaurants created for foodies.

Early bird tickets are $15 and are available online at www.beyondthecurb.org until Saturday, September 29. Tickets will also be available for purchase for $20 on the day of the tour at either Trotta’s Steak and Seafood in Dayton or Wynner’s Cup Café in Ludlow.
Tickets include admission to exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of 25 high-profile properties, entry to win one of five city-focused raffle baskets and one fantastic Grand Prize, as well as free parking at nearby locations. All ticket holders must start their tours at either Trotta’s or Wynner’s Cup the day of the event to receive an official ticket and map of the route.
