News briefs: Geralyn Isler new president of Business Benefits, Arlinghaus adds four to leadership team

Isler named president of Business Benefits

Business Benefits, Inc. has named Geralyn Isler president. She takes the reins from her brother and business partner, Jim Beatrice, who served as president for five years.

Jim Beatrice now turns his focus to client service excellence, stewarding valued clients through their challenges and opportunities. He will also guide business development and community outreach.

Isler will continue her work with employers to develop customized and sustainable employee benefit packages as she has during her two decades with the agency.

Geralyn demonstrated leadership expertise by overseeing the compliance efforts of Business Benefits as they disseminated legislation and industry changes and developed strategies for clients to mitigate risk. She was an early proponent of wellness programs and was one of the first advocates to bring attention to the region’s heroin crisis. Geralyn is the secretary of the Board of Directors for the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, she’s a 2007 graduate of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Top-Tier Leadership program and has served Chamber members in a variety of capacities, including Business Advocacy, Employer Solutions, and Women’s Initiatives.

Business Benefits is a family-owned business that counsels regional employers in the development of employee benefit packages.

Arlinghaus adds leadership team members

Arlinghaus Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning announces new leadership team members, who will support the company’s continued growth and mission of offering industry-leading plumbing, heating, and air conditioning solutions to customers in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, and Southeast Indiana.


Julie Nesbitt, Chief Financial Officer, started with Arlinghaus in April. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance specialization from Northern Kentucky University. Prior to joining the Arlinghaus team, Nesbitt performed accounting and financial analysis duties at two large health systems in the Greater Cincinnati area.
Andrew Caudill, Plumbing Services Manager, joined the team in May to spearhead the company’s new plumbing division. Caudill brings a wealth of knowledge to Arlinghaus, with more than 18 years of experience in the plumbing services industry.
Michael White has been a member of the sales team at Arlinghaus for eight years and was recently promoted to Sales Manager. He has an extensive sales and management background, including prior positions as a Territory Sales Trainer for Tempur-Pedic and Store Director for Circuit City.
Jennifer Stowe, Human Resource Manager, began at Arlinghaus in July. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Thomas More College. Stowe has experience in multiple facets of business, including process analysis; project and operations management; compliance and continuity planning; and human resources.
