Thomas More College to hold commencement ceremony for 317 graduates May 16


Thomas More College in Crestview Hills will hold its 87th Commencement Exercises Saturday, May 16 at 12:30 p.m. in honor of 317 graduates.

The ceremony is scheduled to be held in the Connor Convocation Center. (Tickets are required.) Steigerwald Hall within The Saints Center will accommodate overflow seating and will feature a streaming video of the ceremony. (No tickets are required in Steigerwald Hall.) Baccalaureate Mass will take place the same day at 10:30 a.m. at Mary, Seat of Wisdom Chapel located on campus.

Outstanding Senior Michael Stephens, along with Outstanding Full-Time Teacher Christopher Lorentz, Outstanding Graduate Student Kara Decker Bridges and Outstanding Non-Traditional Student Matt McGuire will offer commencement addresses. Presidential Service Award recipient Ashton Crawford will offer a prayer and Outstanding Part-Time Teacher Tim Moore will be honored.

Thomas More College President David A. Armstrong, J.D., and Interim Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College John M. Wolper will oversee the commencement ceremony. TMC Professor of Philosophy The Reverend Gerald E. Twaddell will offer the benediction. Chairperson of Thomas More College Board of Trustees Melissa A. Lueke will offer congratulatory remarks.
