TMU can create a cohort of business’s employees to help with achieving their educational goals

Thomas More University can create an academic cohort consisting of a group of your business’s employees.

Creating a cohort will enable employees to work together in the same program, progressing through the same degree and finishing at the same time together.

Debby Shipp, director of partnership at TMU, says this is “team building” at its best.

“It is building a team that will know how to work together to meet a company’s objectives.”

Many organizations believe that the time is right to attract, retain and engage employees and help them with their professional development and improve their skills.

To meet this need, TMU will offer special corporate scholarships to benefit organizations and their employees.

Here are the some of the online, in-person, and hybrid accelerated programs specifically designed for busy working adults:

▪ BUSINESS  Achieve more by earning an

Associate of Arts in Management
Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration
Master of Business Administration

▪ ETHICAL LEADERSHIP  Be the change you want to see in the world by earning a

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS  Be an exceptional Teacher or a Healthcare Hero by earning a

“I invite you to contact me to discuss how creating a cohort of your employees at Thomas More University can help your organization achieve its goals,” said Shipp.  “We are ready to meet with your employees virtually or in a socially distanced meeting to discuss the Thomas More University Programs designed for busy working adults.”
