NKY’s Flagship Communities expands into Morristown, Tennessee with Crestmore Point, 162-lot community


Northern Kentucky based Flagship Communities has announced that it acquired a manufactured housing community located in Morristown Tennessee making it the company’s first Tennessee community.

Flagship owns manufactured home communities in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana, and now adding Tennessee to its 43-community portfolio.

The community, named Crestmore Pointe, has 162 home lots and is currently 94% occupied and encompasses 27 acres, complete with an office and laundry facilities.

“Crestmore Pointe is a wonderful community and Tennessee is the perfect next step for our organization,” said Flagship CEO Kurt Keeney. “This acquisition provides us with a high-quality homesites in a new market that is in line with our overall corporate growth goals,” said Flagship CEO Kurt Keeney. “Our entry into Tennessee with its close proximity to Kentucky will open up a new market while maintaining our high level of service to our customers.”

Crestmore Pointe is located 50 miles east of Knoxville along I-81, and is adjacent to Walmart, and near historic downtown Morristown. Other features nearby include Cherokee Dam and Park Campground and Marina, Crockett Tavern Museum and is situated one hour from the Great Smoky Mountains.

Flagship Communities operates 43 manufactured housing communities in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio and Tennessee.
