Kelly Richey, dubbed “Queen of the Road Warriors” by WHAS-TV Channel 11 in Louisville, has 25 years of touring and 16 albums on her lengthy resume, including a stint as lead guitarist on Stealin Horses, a popular Kentucky-based rock group once signed to Arista Records. Drummer Sherri McGee is an in-demand session musician who previously was a member of successful rock group Velvet Elvis on Enigma Records.

Richey was recently profiled on Blues Highway, whose host, Garry Goldsmith, wrote, “Kelly Richey may be the hardest-working recording artist in the business. She has a natural Blues voice that she pairs with a Rock ‘n’ Roll soul. With those two components firmly rooted in Americana, she has developed a unique style. She has a sensibility about her approach to music, and prides herself in being independent in producing her work.

“All of this together is a pleasurable listening experience that one can not get enough of. Can you tell I’m a fan?”
