The 2nd Annual Boone County Education Foundation (BCEF) 5K Run/Walk at Turfway Park will be held on September 21.
The race starts at 10 a.m. and runners or walkers can still register online here or by showing up the day of the event.
Cost is $15; families of four are $40.
Everyone who attends will be encouraged to run or walk around the Turfway Park Race Track and getting a chance to walk or run around the same track horses run on is what makes this Run/Walk so unique.
Every dollar raised goes back to supporting Social Emotional Learning and Mental Health initiatives for all of our Boone County Students.
