Beyond the Curb Urban Living Tour is in Ludlow this year, brought to you by The Catalytic Fund.
On Sunday September 22 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. participants get an exclusive peek into the homes and businesses of this historic river city with a growing art and music community.
Beyond the Curb is a self-guided tour with a central registration area at Bircus Brewing Co. Tour-goers will check in there and receive their ticket, information packet, and other day-of information and materials.
Ludlow is a town of surprises: a peaceful community with easy access to the river and a 155-year history. But you will also find a distillery with a fortune-telling fish, a swami with a moustache so big you can actually ride on it and the “luckiest bar in the world.” There are jugglers, unicyclists and clowns, all sharing a beer in an old theater. Down the street is the studio of an internationally famous watercolor artist. The park has a “totally sick” skateboarding area and you can get an up-close view of passing trains from the new train viewing platform.
Beyond the Curb shows off urban living.
