CVG celebrating National Aviation Day today, Orville Wright’s birthday; join fun at Airport Viewing area

National Aviation Day is today, part of National Aviation Week, and the day to commemorate the history of flight. The celebration falls on the birthday of Orville Wright, one of the famous brothers historically credited with inventing, building and flying the first airplane.

CVG is celebrating #NationalAviationWeek on its Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts all week (Aug. 19 – Aug. 23) by sharing a series of videos and photos looking back at the 72-year history of CVG.
