The Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce (NKY Chamber) is celebrating 40 years of Leadership Northern Kentucky (Leadership NKY) with a new class of 52 professionals from businesses and organizations around Northern Kentucky and the Greater Cincinnati region.

Since its inception, 1,300 alumni have come together through the Leadership NKY program to make a difference in the community.

“The Class of 2020 will continue a 40-year tradition of making meaningful connections toward leadership development, community engagement, and regional investment,” said Laura Menge, Chair of the 2020 Class, and Philanthropic Advisor at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation. “We are excited to welcome and to work with these class members whom we believe will skillfully carry that legacy – and brilliantly forge their own.”

The Leadership NKY program utilizes the community as a classroom to help participants gain an understanding of the strengths and opportunities of the Northern Kentucky region and the skills necessary to motivate and engage others in collaborative efforts to address them.
