Church Doctor Ministries, an international coaching, consulting, and teaching ministry based in Corunna, Indiana, will be conducting a round table discussion for area pastors, ministry leaders, and interested church members. It will be held at Hebron Lutheran Church in Hebron on Tuesday, June 4, from 9 a.m. to noon.
This will be a time of discussion and sharing among ministry leaders on recent research in discipleship and outreach. Participants will learn how to increase the spiritual health and vitality of their churches and increase their effectiveness in reaching unchurched people they already know.
Registration is $35 per person and $30 per person when three or more from the same church register. Each registrant will receive a free copy of Hunter’s and Swank’s new book. Registration is required to ensure materials are available for participants. Hebron Lutheran Church is located at 3140 Limaburg Road, Hebron.

Ian Addington promoted at Heritage Bank
Heritage Bank has named Ian Addington as a new Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager for Florence.
Ian Addington
Addington began his banking career in 2006 as a teller with the Bank of Kentucky. He was ultimately appointed Branch Manager in 2009. He would hold this position over the next ten years with other area banking institutions before finally joining Heritage in April 2019.
A life-long resident of Northern Kentucky, Addington grew up in Florence, attended Boone County High School, and graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Away from the bank, he holds the position of Treasurer of the Florence Fire Protection District, Treasurer of the Florence Rotary Club, and serves as the Parish Council President for St. Henry Catholic Church. He’s married to his high school sweetheart, Emily, and they live in Oakbrook with their three daughters, Elizabeth (11), Ella (9), and Evelyn (7).
Sweeney joins Adams, Steper, Woltermann & Dusing
Thomas A. Sweeney has joined Adams, Stepner, Woltermann & Dusing, PLLC as an Of Counsel attorney. He has practiced in the Greater Cincinnati area since 1979 and is an experienced litigation attorney with a general civil litigation practice.
Admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1979, Sweeney received his undergraduate degree from Northern Kentucky University in Mathematics (B.S.) in 1976 and graduated from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law (J.D.) in 1979.
Gephart, Raispis appointed by Governor
Christopher Robert Gephart, a land surveyor, of Fort Wright has been appointed as a member of the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. He will represent land surveyors and serve for a term expiring Jan. 1, 2023.
Anne Marie Raispis has been appointed to the Kentucky Early Intervention System Interagency Coordinating Council. Raispis, of Crescent Springs, is a physical therapist. She will represent public/private providers and serve for a term expiring April 20, 2020.
