New Day Ranch is benefiting charity for Burlington Spring Horse Show, May 24-25 at Boone fairgrounds


New Day Ranch will be the benefiting charity for the Burlington Spring Horse Show, May 24-25 at the Boone County Fairgrounds. 

This year will be the 20th anniversary year for the Burlington Spring Horse Show which prides itself on tradition and stewardship. 
 
The Friends of Burlington Spring Show, BSHS Inc., a 5013C organization, organizes the show.

At New Day Ranch

This years’ show team will be Merrill Murray – Open Show Judge, Marilyn MacFarlane – Academy Judge, Jim Davis and Katie England – Announcers, Jane Jacobs – Photographer, Shannon Perkins – Organist, Laura Schmidt – Show Manager, and Chris England – Office Manager.

New Day Ranch has been providing equine assisted learning and equine facilitated psychotherapy for our community for nearly 10 years. 

It promotes physical, mental and social health to individuals of all ages and abilities through equine-assisted activities and therapies.

New Day has created a therapeutic environment that individuals actually want to be in and where people are eager to volunteer. It has developed synergistic relationships with referring agencies, practitioners and the community-at-large. It currently work with St. Elizabeth Hospital, Children’s Home of NKY, various school systems, and private practitioners. In addition, New Day offers a unique approach to corporate leadership retreats and training, serving groups of all of sizes in our brand-new meeting facility!
