Campbell County tennis players walked off with five of the six championship trophies after the 10th Region tournament was completed on Wednesday at their school. The Camels won boys and girls singles, boys doubles and placed first in both team standings.

Natalie Smith claimed her first regional title in girls singles after defeating teammate Annika White, 6-0, 6-1, in the finals. Smith was regional runner-up last year and lost in the semifinals two years ago.

This is the first time that the Campbell County girls finished on top in the 10th Region team standings. The boys team has done it for three straight years. They all advance to the state tournament that begins May 30 in Lexington.
