11th annual Leadercast to be held May 10th at Crossroads Church; theme is Leading Healthy Teams


The 11th Annual NKY Leadercast is part of “Leadercast Live” the largest one-day leadership event in the world that Forbes magazine says, “you don’t want to miss.”

The event takes place Friday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. May 10 at Crossroads Church in Florence.
 
A group of Northern Kentucky business leaders have partnered together to bring this powerful event to the tri-state. Leadercast has more than 100,000 participants globally and features an all-star line-up of business speakers, leaders and entrepreneurs.
 
The NKY site will host more than 350 attendees and 40 different businesses for a day of networking, transformation and inspiration.

The Clermont Chamber is also hosting a site at Crossroads Eastgate.
 
The theme is 
Leading Healthy Teams.

“Teamwork begins by building trust,” said Pamela Gilchrist, emcee and Steering Committee member. “Trust is built when team members feel safe to be vulnerable.”

Gilchrist has served on the committee for four years. She is CEO of Gilchrist Group which Optimizes Outcomes™ for business and leaders through business growth, leadership development and integrated brand strategy.
