THURSDAY, MARCH 21

Race 1

TIZ BEAUTY has the speed to make the lead and is capable of the wire-to-wire score tonight. TENACIOUS SALLY loves this track and drops back to the bottom. She will be tough to beat. BELA MENINA was dull last out but is capable of better.

Race 2

NYMUE’S TREASURE drops to the bottom after a couple of decent efforts against better. She gets the nod with Machado back aboard for Grant Hofmans. LITTLE MISS AMY stopped badly last out at Oaklawn but she needed that race. This is her third start back after a long layoff and she also takes the class drop. CAROLINA REAPER is a contender.

Race 3

LUSTY GIT YER GUN ran poorly last out but figures to be running late in a race loaded with early speed. A return to her best would make her a winner in this one. RULELIKECLEOPATRA loves this track and comes off a solid win. She is definitely the one to beat. APPEALING JULIA should get a good trip from the outside post.

Race 4

DRAGSTER rates the edge in a fairly weak maiden claimer. KAMACHA has been off since June but drops in class for his return. AFLEET JETT is training steadily for his debut.

Race 5

SHE’S ALOTTA WOMAN comes off a solid runner-up finish at this level. She has the tactical speed to be in contention throughout and a repeat of that last performance would make her a winner in here. MORGAN’S DAVID has just one win in 21 races but drops to a career low claiming level and fits with these. LAKE GIRL is a threat.

Race 6

COPPERPLATE showed improvement last out and makes his third start back after a five-month layoff. He has a good record over the Turfway Poly and rates the edge with Franklin back aboard. KISS MY NOTE ran well in a tougher field last out. He will be tough to beat off that effort. DISORDERLY CONDUCT has been off since October when he was claimed off a winning effort. He has been training well for Kim Hammond and is a definite contender.

Race 7

GIANT HONOR has been off since October but is training steadily for Pat Huffman, whose horses have been running well this meet. He broke his maiden over this track last year and has the speed to be in contention throughout. Give him the slight edge with Malcolm Franklin picking up the mount. TALE OF FAME just missed last out in a three-horse photo. He figures to be the main competition. FAYETTE WARRIOR was dull last out but is capable of rebounding tonight.

Race 8

E Z BONUS comes off four straight runner-up efforts and appears to be in a good spot to pick up her maiden score in this one. DIVINE DIVA was three lengths behind the top pick last out and figures second best. MEAN GIRL has had only one race and could improve.
