Northern Kentucky’s Wiseway Supply has acquired Kentucky Lighting & Supply, located in Lexington, broadening its reach into Central Kentucky.
Wiseway already has seven branches in the Greater Cincinnati market. With the acquisition, it adds three branches in Central Kentucky and creates a continuous market with virtually no overlap of customers or sales personnel.

This acquisition expands Wiseway Supply’s service area, now ten branches, from Central Ohio to Central Kentucky with many key customers beyond that geography.
Wiseway Supply was founded in 1972 by Biz and Jackie Cain.

Paula Minton, Kentucky Lighting & Supply’s former General Manager, will join Wiseway’s Executive Team as Vice President, Showrooms. She will be the face of Wiseway Supply in Lexington.
