On December 30, 2018 Covington Police were dispatched to the intersection of Pike & Main Streets for a shooting. Officers located Natasha Dawn Henderson, 35, of Covington, deceased from gunshot wounds.

Blanchard is scheduled for arraignment on March 11, 2019 before Kenton Circuit Judge Gregory Bartlett at 1:30 p.m. in Courtroom 7A.

Detectives also learned at least two vehicles were stopped in traffic behind the vehicle from which Blanchard fired the shots that killed Henderson. Covington Police are also asking the witnesses in those vehicles to come forward.

Any drivers or passengers in those vehicles are asked to contact Detective Hamblin at (859) 292-2375.
